How I Work
Introductory Session
An introductory session provides an opportunity to find out more about each other. It is an opportunity for you to see if the counsellor's style feels right for you. This session is for half hour and is a chance for you to explore what you want to get from counselling/available models of therapy provided and If you do not wish to continue working with the counsellor after this session you will not be charged. However if you are happy to continue working with the counsellor there will be a charge.
There may be funding options available for your counselling sessions, feel free to discuss this with me.
My practice does not employ the services of a receptionist so please leave a message, either by email, voice or a text message. Please include your contact details (please repeat your phone number and name). I will be in touch as soon as possible. I also welcome general enquiries.
